CAMEO Census and profiling, South Africa

£7,500
More Info

This neighbourhood profiling dataset was created using the latest South African Census including variables such as population age, ethnic origin, languages spoken, religion, transportation to work/school, housing tenure & type, house size, current students, industrial sector, occupation, employment status, household income and energy source. The local country profile at sub place level classifies households into 9 main groups subdivided into 42 neighbourhood categories, for example, "comfortable mixed neighbourhoods" or "ageing tribal communities". The number of groups and categories varies in each country and to facilitate meaningful comparisons with areas in other countries, CAMEO International codes are also included to allow users to link the national specific code across a range of countries, enabling the analysis of consumer types across the global marketplace. The annual multi-user, single site licence includes updates.
