Users can provide a partial address, such as a street name and town, to return a pick list of options and QuickAddress Pro can handle a variety of spelling errors, abbreviations and different formats to return the correctly spelt address. Use in batch mode to verify and correct existing postcodes, and add missing ones. Missing or incorrect parts of the address can be added or corrected and the format will be standardised. At the end of the batch process, any unidentified addresses can then be looked at individually through the interactive process. QuickAddress Batch will also maintain data integrity over time by searching for and then only updating elements which it knows Royal Mail have changed e.g. a specific postcode area may have been revised.
