What's New in GeoConcept 6.1?

Import / Export Improvements

GeoConcept 6.1 has enhanced import and export features including:

  • Additional "show" option to preview location of the chosen raster (rasters) during import

  • New types of anti-aliasing available when importing rasters

  • New environment management for importing and exporting from Oracle 10g

  • Improved stability when importing or exporting large data sets

Formulas, Queries and Geometry

Detailed changes to GeoConcept launched in version 6.1 now provide even better accuracy and performance:

  • Better geometry handling with new internal management of points

Legends & Thematics

A range of improvements to make using GeoConcept more intuitive and versatile including:

  • Redesigned, more intuitive legend box

  • Thematic layer functions on external objects & range start / end numbers can be altered

  • The smallest elements are now editable on the symbols layers, pie charts and histograms

Projections and Cache

This new release of GeoConcept also offers performance enhancements including

  • Improved stability of cache within GeoConcept

  • A new projection management system including specific corrections to lambert 93 projection
